We were told by the scheduler on our final attempt (as we were ready to walk) we would receive a discount yet, the final bill and lady in the office keeps insisting we owe the amount we were told would be discounted. All around failure, this business lacks integrity from start to finish. I do not recommend.

He came to our house and measured the other door. He then informed my husband he had made a mistake in the estimate and it would cost another 1700.00. It was unprofessional behavior but we agreed to the extra 1700.00 error. We received another estimate for all doors. We told Castle Windows and Doors to go ahead. Our deposit check had been cashed. Two days went by, we received another phone call. To add another 7000.00 to the final estimate. They had made another error.
