Online purchase I had a very frustrating experience with Blinds To Go and would not recommend them based on this order. I ordered vertical blinds and clearly stated the measurements multiple times in my order and follow-up emails: 74 inches wide (track width) and 80 inches high. Despite this, I received blinds that were 76 inches wide and 88 inches high , completely incorrect. After contacting customer service by both email and phone, I was told a replacement would be made. I reconfirmed the correct measurements again before the replacement was sent. Unfortunately, when the replacement arrived, it was the exact same incorrect size as the first order. What is most frustrating is that the entire issue was due to Blinds To Go repeatedly ignoring the measurements I provided in writing. Even after weeks of back-and-forth, photo evidence, and repeated confirmations, they still sent the wrong product twice. I was then told that the sizes had been "reconfirmed," which simply isn't true based on the written correspondence. This process wasted a significant amount of time and caused unnecessary stress. For a company that specializes in custom blinds, this level of error and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If you are ordering custom-sized blinds, be very cautious -- accuracy and attention to detail were severely lacking in my experience. read more

Ordered blinds over the phone and nobody said anything about a sale. When got to the store to pick up notice they had a 50% discount on second blind if ordered two. I asked if possible if I ordered another at that time would I get the 50% discount as I needed two anyways . The request was rejected by I assume the owner . Business must be good. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. We paid for installation and the blinds arrived full of scratches and marks. No one at the London store could help us, they just kept redirecting us to customer service. When we called, every person we spoke to was the manager and they refused to give us the name or phone number of anyone higher up. The customer service representatives talk to you like you're a complete idiot - one laughed at us and another made things up that were communicated through email that didn't even exist. This company has been giving us the run around for months and the issue still hasn't been resolved. The quality of their blinds is complete garbage and they can't even stand behind their own product. Ongoing horrible experience with Blinds To Go store in London Ontario. I posted my first review about this 10 days ago. Corporate office contacted me and tried to help. My $1900 bedroom blinds were ready in 3 working days (store had said 10) and they provided 10% discount on my order. Then blinds were ready but installer couldn't install for 6 more days. Today the installer came, put up the 2 blinds, and there were two problems. They both unrolled unevenly and one made unusual noise. This was what the installer said, not me. He couldn't fix them; said they were made faultily. He took them down and back to the store to be remade. Now I'm back at square one- no bedroom window coverings, the company has my $1700+, and it'll be another 7-10 days until they try again! Arghhh so frustrating.
