It was irritating. I was in the area this week and decided to stop by and ask if they could tell me why i didn't get a call back - and they couldn't. The front desk girl stated that she had no clue that I had ever called although i called and left 2or 3 messages. There was a second girl standing behind the receptionist and I saw her point to something on the phone as the receptionist was scrolling through calls - as if she saw my number. When I asked if they saw my number - they didn't answer. It would have been nice to receive a call to schedule an appointment about 2 weeks ago. This clearly is not good customer service. The owner contacted me and falsely accused me of harassing her employees she did not even ask me about my side of the story! I simply went in to inquire why I did not receive a return call after leaving messages. I do not recommend this place, I experienced lousy customer service.

I recommend against this place for anyone who expects timely or reliable service. The response time of "one hour" listed on their page here is an outright lie. Anywho after being tossed around from dirty chair to dirty chair I sat down to finish my acrylic set and the man who did my nails was presently very rude. I accidentally ripped one of the false nails off while sitting down and he acted like it was crime to fix the nail.. after a few tense moments my anxiety kicked in and my hands started shaking. I accidentally touched the acrylic with the black paint on the side of my finger and he huffed and grabbed my hand really fast. Which then resulted in me being even more nervous. Not only did he grab my hand fast but the way he was filing my nails and treating them hurt. My thumbs are aching today and I'm full of frustration thinking about the situation. I didn't understand what he wanted me to do with each step cause he would just aggressively point and expect me to know what to do. After all this I was charged a total of almost 120 dollars I believe. Which is weird because as I stated earlier 30 and 60 does not equal 120... throughout the time getting my nails done I heard quite a few women asking why the total was so expensive. I asked as well and there was no clear answer. I couldn't go here again and I recommend others find literally anywhere else. Walking inside the secure building is filled with several other businesses, not only Spaology. They are tucked away in the back but don't be fooled. It's far more expansive than you may realize. On to the massage. Kelsey was an absolute delight. Normally, I'm like "shoosh" it's quiet time now, but. I did enjoy chatting with her for a bit & getting to know who she was, why she started doing massages, for how long, what type she did, etc. I opted for the Body & Soul massage 90 min with an added scalp massage at the end, because I definitely needed 90 min but did the I didn't want a "working" massage where she really dug into my deep knots but wanted to relax and get some of the knots out too. She did an AMAZING job. I was honestly so relaxed and felt so fabulous when I left. She gave awesome instructions & suggestions about what to do for post-massage care to help address all the toxins that would be free flowing in my body that she got moving. I will absolutely go back to see her & will absolutely recommend Spaology & Kelsey. Truly, phenomenal job. Super reasonable prices. Easy booking. Relaxing environment.
