The phone is never picked up; the voicemail is always full, and I mean I called over 20 times so it is purposefully done in such a way. The reason why I called so many times is that despite the message saying "text us, we will respond faster", they would not. When (phone calls included) two weeks later I finally stated this is my last attempt, I got response back with one time option (that would not work for me). No "sorry we are late in responding", no phone call, all they gave was one time slot and said they want my Groupon number. That is not the standard, btw, if you have not used one before. It also states it on the Groupon they it shall be presented at the time of service. I cannot say much about of the quality of the service because I never got there despite my attempts. The "customer service" was so bad...

The jaw massage was not included in my deep tissue massage and did cost (a little) extra but it was WELL WORTH IT. Until that massage, I suffered excruciating pain (for nearly a year) and, afterwards, I felt immediate relief. Although my jaw still pops out of place from time to time, the frequency has decreased substantially. I highly recommend this establishment, especially if you have chronic pain.
