The reason why I called so many times is that despite the message saying "text us, we will respond faster", they would not. When (phone calls included) two weeks later I finally stated this is my last attempt, I got response back with one time option (that would not work for me). No "sorry we are late in responding", no phone call, all they gave was one time slot and said they want my Groupon number. That is not the standard, btw, if you have not used one before. Until that massage, I suffered excruciating pain (for nearly a year) and, afterwards, I felt immediate relief.
