Annie is good when you can get in with her... HOWEVER, the way she operates, I feel her license should be taken away. She offers great deals on Groupon to get you in initially, then offers bundle deals so you purchase in advance. But she always reschedules your appointment and makes up a dramatic excuse of why she cannot work. We went as far as to purchase $500 worth of services (as gifts for all of our family/ friends) and later found out she wasn't responding to anyone who did try to book, or when she did, make the process difficult by asking them to verify that he made the purchase. Initially inquired with Annie B. because of the Groupon deal she was offering. I had a great first experience with her. Loved the hot stones and clay mask options she offers with her Swedish massages. That's why when she reached out later on to tell me about her special bundle of 4 one-hour massages for $140, I decided to buy it. Since then, it's been difficult communicating with her and redeeming all the massages. She's cancelled at the last-minute on me three times in a matter of 8 months. The first time she told me she double-booked and had class to get certified for eyelash extensions (November 2020), and then she was sick on the other two occasions (February and June 2021), which is fine cause I'd rather not make her work if she's ill nor do I want to be in close proximity with someone who has a bug. I understand life happens and it's hard juggling all the appointments that must be coming her way with the Groupon deal. To be fair, there was one time I missed an appointment because I put it in my calendar incorrectly. She was nice enough not to charge me a no-show fee. So I want to give her credit for that. However, when she cancels on me, she often fails to reschedule with me and I have to follow-up with her several times to get a time booked. I have one massage left that I've been trying to redeem, but she stopped responding to my messages. I'll just let her have that money. I'm not here to badmouth her, because I think she's pretty decent with her massages and offers a great deal on the pricing. I just had one of the best massages ever! I was so relaxed that I fell asleep at one point. I used a Groupon for a 90 minute massage, sea salt back scrub, and clay foot mask. I would gladly and plan on paying full price for another massage and back scrub. The massage was hard enough to work out the knots I have in my shoulders. Orange essential oil was used during the massage. I like that I had choice of different scents to choose from- lemon, orange, lavender, eucalyptus, etc.. I also had hot stones used during the massage. Wow! The massage therapist put essential oil on them and massages my back and shoulders with them. It felt like heaven. The back scrub felt amazing! The sea salt scrub was warmed up and the back scrub was not overly hard but just right. Then, a warm towel was put on my back while I had warm clay put on the bottom of my feet. Wilhelmina, the massage therapist, then let me rest with the warm towel on my back and warm clay on my feet for 10 minutes. Wilhelmina was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her! Wilhelmina was easy to talk to during the massage and went with the flow when I zoned out and didn't talk. The business had a cozy atmosphere that was yet intimate and welcoming too. I cannot wait until my next appointment! I was sure to book it when I left today. I still feel so relaxed! read more

I'm honestly disgusted by how this person has conducted herself. I made the mistake of trusting her and giving her a chance after seeing the HORRIBLE reviews on her Groupon page. She was cheap though so I thought it was worth a shot and wow I was wrong. I even spoke to her about her reviews and she gave me all kinds of excuses but I chose to give her the benefit of the doubt anyway which is what pisses me off. I even got a 3 pack voucher and on my first visit she insisted on marketing the voucher used and that she would honor my other 2. I tried for months to reschedule and most of the time I got no response. When she did respond it was always something drastic going on. Whether those things were true or not, it was frustrating that she never followed up when she mention someone else who might be able to take me. And then I'd go another couple weeks or months not getting responses. This went on from July to November. I was very understanding the entire time. I finally got sick of it and on my last attempt I told her nicely I was giving it one last effort to schedule but she didn't respond. I sent her a message about my frustration and that I'd have to get a refund from Groupon. Once I mentioned Groupon, she starts in with complete lies. Or she's straight up delusional. But I'm going with she's a liar scam artist. Her response to me was suddenly about how she's "already explained to me" that she can't massage me because I'd had a surgery recently. Which was a complete lie. We had NO such conversation. On my last attempt to schedule something, I mentioned I had a small laparoscopic procedure several weeks before that, so I wouldn't be needing a back massage, just shoulders, arms, feet. What's even more upsetting about that is because of all her complaints and excuses about not feeling well etc. I was more than happy to tell her several times that she's welcome to sit during the massage, I prefer feet and arms anyway so she doesn't have to be standing for back work etc. Here I was HAPPILY trying to accommodate for her issues for months and she turns around and lies about me and says we talked about how I could get blood clots from massage and stuff? If she HAD told me that, I would've been grateful and understanding of that. But again, she's a liar. I contact Groupon and sent screenshots of every single time I tried to schedule and her lack of responses or the difficulty scheduling. They simply told me that "the merchant says your Groupon was redeemed" and when I told them about her doing that when I still had two massages left and then she's practically disappeared, to even look at her awful reviews that all back up how her behavior is, they continued saying I'd have to just deal with her for a refund because SHE claimed it had been fully used already!!! Needless to say, I'm for sure done with Groupon and now I'm just hoping to save anyone else from this nonsense and wasting their money on a scam. I have had so many massages in my life due to an injury from a car accident when I was 16. The massage I received from Andrea was the best I have had. I usually get relief from massage for a couple of days, a week at best. But, the relief I received from my the massage from Andrea has lasted over 2 months. Honestly, the best money I have spent. FIrst off it was a little difficult too find-- it's located in"old Sandy" and later evening, in there dark at first felt likevquite a sketchy area based on NO Street appeal Ie; street/sidewak parking, unmarked building that had an old Warehouse" (not trendy updated) feel there was no visible signage--had to walk all the way up to the door to read a faded 8 1/2 x11 sheet of paper, very faded computer generated sign on the door. Once inside it was nice a bright very typical interior of local massage areas. Annie was kind and professional. The massage therapists are 3 generation family include daughter, mother, grandmother. I'm guessing the 1&2 generation (I didn't meet) have a lot more experience in effective massage and possibly some deep tissue A lot has been done and still needs a lot more work to be a completely functioning business--and I really wish them well and hope they succeed, I want them too-- I'm all about small business success but the massage itself left a l to be desired. She changed my appointment a few times, was on her phone the whole time, & didn't knock before coming in. (Just unprofessional) She hurt my neck and back so badly!! Immediately after getting off the table I couldn't move my neck & my back had a pinched nerve I couldn't move it either. I realize that the business owner is going thru a tough time and has some personal issues to take care of but I've texted multiple times, almost daily, for over 2 weeks, without a response. She had stated previously that she would return messages within 24 hrs. I also prepaid for 10 massages for $285 and I've only received 1 of the 10. I requested a refund of $200 thru Venmo which she denied because she doesn't have the money. Massage is a side job but doesn't seem to be very successful at managing her time to be able to take care of her clients. But there are other negative reviews about this business I read on Facebook so I feel like this is fraud. 285 is quite low for 10 massages and she normally charges $90 for 60 min. The quality isn't good enough to charge that. She is still using her son and daycare issues and sickness as excuses to cancel your appointment. She also said her son was abused in daycare and had to get an attorney & file charges and then she has to rely on her mom's schedule to have her babysit her son. I found them on Groupon and wanted to purchase an hour and a half for my mother and her boyfriend at the time. I live in a different state and contacted her. I mentioned the Groupon and she gave me a deal which I thought was nice of her so I sent her more than the money she requested through venmo as a thank you and as a way to motivate her to treat them well. My mother made the appointment and failed to cancel a head of time for one of the 2 massages. Which I understand that there's no refund for. Later on she tells me that her and her ex were having problems and he won't be going for the same reason and that called and was denied of that appointment. Recently my mother was in the hospital because the a$##@le she was with hit her and now she's staying a a shelter in a different part of Utah while the course settles. I explained this to her thinking she'd have some compassion and refund me the one appointment that still wasn't scheduled so that money can at least go to her and any little thing she can need right now. I just graduated and am looking for a job in my field and don't have any other way to help her. She just told me "I was going to reschedule her appt and wave the no show and let her use both. It's not lost. It's here for her to use them when she gets back." I told her she would be moving back with me to California and I'd just like a refund for one appointment that wasn't scheduled. I made an appointment through the Groupon site back in the beginning of December. After the company cancelled on me a couple times and I had to adjust my schedule (which I did without complaint) I finally had an appointment set for today. I used Google maps through the Groupon app and it took me to the wrong location. I mistakenly sent a text to the wrong number (they had two different ones) and did not realize my error until appx. 30 minutes later. I explained that I had made a "human error" to the owner; however, she was entirely inflexible and was very blaming and condescending, making comments that were entirely unnecessary. She stated that she would have to recharge me for missing the appointment and seemed to not understand anything I was trying to tell her. The owner canceled on me twice and I was completely understanding and accommodating even though it was an inconvenience as I had made arrangements to have that time off work (I understand that life happens, right?). I would definitely stay away from purchasing this deal on Groupon. I had to go to Groupon Customer Support and get a refund in Groupon bucks. At first I was really excited to find this 60 min hot stone massage. I had saved my work bonus to buy something special for my husband. He is such a hard worker and his shoulder had been bothering him from an old volleyball injury. At first I did not mind the strange and limited communication preferences of this company. (Text ONLY Monday-Friday from like 10 am-6pm...) I have always had positive experiences on Groupon. And you think, this must be a good company if Groupon is listing them.
