Part 2 Of 2 6/21/26…read moreTHE MASSAGE EXPERIENCE: April started not with the oil, but rather a massage with forearms over my neck and back. She kept this up with steady pressure. The pressure was good, that I might have fallen asleep. However, there was a light tap on the door before April's sister Wontu showed up. Won't enteted the room and the two hands massage became a four hands massage instead. April and Wontu did not preform an synchronize massage working from my neck down. Instead, April continued working on my back, lower back and top of my gluteus maximus. Wontu started working on my feet and slowly worked her way up to my gluteus maximus. The pressure was just right from both ladies. It has been a while since I had four hands massage, but the offer was there, and I took it. Not bad for my first time here and it's double the flavor and double the fun... a reffence to an old commercial if you know what I am talking about. Wontu's massage continued up my legs as April finished with my arms. The leg stretches and the arm stretches were most enjoyable, seeing as my body was twisted in different directions with decent pressure and force. Having two women working on my gluteus maximus and thighs is..., was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had. Having my gluteus maximus massaged, stretch and squeeze like Play-Doh at the same time for each cheek is a rare experience. I will have to do it again. The team of Wontu and April then switched positions and massage continued. The witched between soft touch to medium massage made the massage different and enjoyable. The touch was a good touch. My Erectile Dysfunction would have prevented me for doing anything even if it were a bad touch. Yeah, it sucks, but life goes on. I am digressing here... I would like to say both April and Wontu used the minimum amount of oil to get the job done. If you wish to have more oil on you, simple speak up and let them know. If you do Four Hands Massage, each lady equals 30 minutes each. I decided I would do 90 minutes for Four Hands Massage, but it eventually turned into 2 hours. April ended up doing the last 30 minutes by herself. Wontu talked me into adding 30 minutes more. All of this happen, but not before turn over with the cloth still covering me. I choose to keep the oil that was used on my skin because it wasn't a lot. I also don't tend to use hot towels if they aren't inside the massage room already. I go with paper towels in the room. It keeps the massage therapist in the room and I do not experience possible moldy smelling wash cloths. It all works out. Once on my back, Wontu started massaging my neck and shoulders while April massaged my feet. The relaxation could have put me to sleep, yet again, but I have discovered something when you do fall asleep during massage. You miss all the heavenly glory of the massage. I feel like I cheated myself out of experiencing the massage even though it feels great. So I did not fall asleep during the great massage. April continued working my legs to inner thighs as the pressure got stronger to accommodate for the larger muscles. Wontu worked on my chest and stomach with just the right amount of pressure. To much pressure and you might end up needing to use the bathroom in a serious way, or end up soiling yourself on the massage table. Luckily, I have not experienced the soiling myself on a massage table...., but I am digressing yet again. Wontu and April switched positions yet again. The massage continued until it's climactic conclusion. The four hands massage had me wanting more, but alas, I just couldn't do that. Wontu and April's Four Hands Massage is one you will want to try out at least once. If you do want to experience this massage, you are better off calling and setting up this kind of appointment instead of a walkin like I did. I have been to this establishment one other time after this experience and both April and Wontu did a one hour session with me. I can write an account on this experience if you would like. As of now, 5 Stars for this outstanding experience.

*Part 2 Of 2* 9/22/23…read moreTHE MASSAGE: Since massage is best when nude, this is exactly what I did.  I lay on top of the new sheeting, because  was suspicious about the sheeting underneath the new sheet  laid out. It might have been clean, but I didn't take that chance.  I also do not stick my face in the massge holes.  This is a very good way to get sick.  I think so anyways. Kathryn waited about 4 minutes before knocking on the door before entering.   I wasn't concerned about draping and apparently neither was  Kathryn.   Kathryn started on my neck with a great amount of pressure. She continued this by working on my arms, hands and back.  What really impressed me was the Thai Stretching Kathryn incorporated into my massage.    Kathryn continued with the preliminary massage by stretching the glutes maximus, legs and feet.  When I say stretching, I mean stretching.   It is not for the weak of heart.  When Kathryn was done with the preliminaries, she started back at my neck and shoulders, but with massage oil.  The Massage oil is unscented so have no fear ladies and gentleman.  The massage pressure Kathryn applied to my skin was steady and consistent.    Kathryn continued massaging my arms, neck, back, glutes maximus, legs and feet.    Ordinarily I prefer to have me feet massaged last, but I didn't let Kathryn know this at the time. I will do so the next time I am here with whoever the staff member...no,...massage therapist.     Massaging feet is not always done at massage palors.  Same can be said for face and head massage. This doesn't seem the case for Massage Joy:) The feet, legs and glutes maximus massage were the best part of the massage for me.  Whether on my stomach or back, Kathryn spend more time on those areas because I asked her too.    If there was any tension in the gluteus maximus, legs or feet, Kathryn eliminated this problem. Kathryn finished how she started the massage.  Kathryn did the Thai Stretching again and finished with the massage slaps I have experienced at so many other massage palors. If there is a more professional name for these massage slaps, I can think of it right now.  I don't feel like looking it up right now either. AFTER THE MASSAGE: Kathryn used a hot towel to remove some of...,  no,...a lot of the oil that was applied to my body.  I like to keep some oil on my body, but this time a little to much oil was used. Nevertheless, I think Kathryn (who might be the manager/owner of this establishment) did a fantastic job.  I do feel cleaning the oil off the walls might...will help improve the look of the business.   This is just one room I saw, but it left an impression on me. The bathroom looked neat and orderly; as well, as smelling "so fresh and clean, clean." From what I saw of the layout of the business, the employee hang out spot is straight down the hall from the front desk.  There are 4 massage rooms and the bathroom is on the left hand side past the first massage room on the right. In case I didn't say it,  Massage Joy is located on the second floor in building 241.  Very close to Sugar Spa.  A two minute walk away...if that long. I know I will try this place out at least two more times.  I love Thai Massage incorporated with the Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage. Especially without the loose clothing at is normally associated with it.  I give this place a 4 star review.  It would have been 5 stars, but the was an eyesore.

East Wing Massage has been in Vienna for many years but somehow, this is the…read morefirst time we have gone.  The massage was thorough and a good pressure and the facilities were clean and quiet.  We appreciated the soft music playing but only wish it could have been commercial free as the ads kind of broke the tranquil mood of the music.  The staff was very pleasant and the charge is very reasonable.  Our only other suggestion might be to have a little more light in the treatment rooms as customers are getting ready for the massage.  It was pretty dark and hard to see where to put things.  These points are minor and we were very happy with the massages we received and would definitely recommend East Wing Massage.  There is also plenty of parking and it is conveniently located.
