While in the planning process Stephanie returned all my calls in a timely fashion and was easy to talk to. since there was not an event the day Before my party I was able to get in and decorate. I even changed some tables around to satisfy my Atypical personality and although she was probably scratching her head trying to understand why I wanted to do that Stephanie was fine with it. Stephanie also recommended Amber from sound sensations. I spoke with Amber and exchanged multiple emails organizing a list of events to be put into play and what songs I wanted to be played. She was easy to talk to and very accommodating to my requests. She was interactive with the dances and very energetic. Just a gem to work with. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a venu for their event! It accommodates 120 people but I have to say my 72 guests made it very comfortable with plenty of room for a large dance floor! Rachael, with the help of some other fantastic companies, like LEO party rentals, and BELLY caterers put together a very reasonably priced and very trendy dance party for Emma and her friends. Our venue provided a coordinator, but we were concerned that we would not receive the attention to detail that we were looking for. Danielle hit it out of the park! From day one, she took over managing the contracts with all of our vendors, fielded all calls and questions from them, was always available to answer our endless questions, etc. But I can honestly say that our actual wedding day would not have turned out as wonderful as it was if Danielle and her lovely assistant Fran were not on site to make sure everything went perfectly. They set everything up according to the floorplan we created together, made sure everything went as planned, broke down and boxed up everything afterwards, and then even loaded our vehicle. It alleviated some of our stress knowing that we had one less thing to worry about having our DJ secured for our new date. They're not comparable to the other DJ's that I've looked at. We were assigned Cole as our DJ for our wedding and he did nothing short of an amazing job! He was lively, followed the itinerary exactly without confusion, and played awesome music that appealed to everyone. He also did our ceremony. Originally we were going to go with a live band but for a fraction of the price they offered ceremonies in their package and I don't regret it. There were no mess ups whatsoever and he made our night run so smoothly. DJ's are so important to weddings - they set the mood for the most part and people rely on them for a good time. We ran through a tunnel that they did for us and at the end of the tunnel I was surprised that Cole had set up his speakers was playing one of my favorite songs (not planned by any means). I really love the modern look of the ballroom, the high ceilings and I like the added metal fixures on the chandeliers which gave them a more modern look. The room is very large and spacious and can hold a lot of guests. The gazebo ceremony was a lovely area as the sun was setting. The food was great, and the staff are so friendly, I especially loved working with the wedding coordinator who works really hard, I've met her before at another event.
