My event occurred in July and I felt I had to wait to post my review for many reasons but at this…read moretime needs to be said. I don't recommend this location for so many reasons. One of the biggest things I will point out, Jessica has zero, zero communication with her team (photographer, DJ, cake decorator and even staff about clients expectations) that was very apparent at our event. Biggest proof - image of cake sent to Jessica as a sample was pink and gold, our color scheme was purple black and gold. Our cake was made PINK and gold!! So much to say but not enough space here. I had siblings and even my children come and tell me staff were rude. One instance was when guest weren't allowed out of the main room. I went to a girl specifically and spoke to her in Spanish and asked her WHY, because when my guest would ask her she wouldn't speak to them in English. I had several guest complain that staff were rude or didn't speak English and made NO effort to help guest with the excuse of not knowing English. I don't have an issue with not knowing English but I have an issue with being rude or not being helpful in this type of industry. If you don't understand what guests are asking hey someone who can help. I didn't not see nor know about Jessica until late in the evening. She knew I was upset her staff throughout the night knew I was upset about things YET at no time did any of them come to find out what was wrong or how things could be remedied. At the end of the night when we were getting our personal items, there were empty boxes left over. Jessica was so rude and told us we needed to take out empty boxes with us!! Essentially we had to take out trash with us. You're going to tell me you don't have dumpsters there!! The decor was nice BUT it wasn't what our expectations were. Again due to lack of communication, out silhouette dance was horrible!! Could not be seen what was happening, because the big frame was out in front of the curtains. If I would have been told that was going to be there we would have done the presentation differently all I was told was the curtains would be there and the "x" to step on. Tables, the way we were explained or made to think, the Quinceñeras table for her and her court would be a special table. Not only was her table exactly like everyone else's it was setup where guests could NOT see her!! My final take is this.... that because I didn't spend $20-30,000 I wasn't given the top notch service we were expecting. IF I would have been told based on my $10,300 bill I was going to get a basic setup I wouldn't have had SUCH high expectations. Instead no we were constantly told everything was going to be awesome. Lastly due to to many issues. Due to me being upset and things not being what we expected my daughter cried at her table. This alone broke my heart to know my daughter had cried on her day!! Thank goodness I was not made aware that this happened until the next day because I don't know how I would have reacted that night. In the end I was sooo Disappointed. I has such HIGH expectations, not only because of what was always presented on social media for this location BUT because I have known the owner and of her work for so long. I NEVER even considered going elsewhere for this event BECAUSE of the high expectations and what we thought was such wonderful work. Sadly I cannot say I will ever give a recommendation. Not unless they plan on spending $25,000-$30,000 and even then can't believe you would get top notch service. To this date NO effort was made to enquire about my disappointment, if anything I was met with rudeness and attitude at the end of the night. So sorry I won't recommend this event venue ever.

The food was mediocre. The chicken was burnt and dry, the salmon was thin and tiny pieces. Steak was also mediocre compared to the tasting. According to the hosts, the food at the tasting was NOT the same food that was served at the event. They said the food at the tasting was way better and if it wasn't up to par then other food or another event space would've been used. Extra money was paid for green beans but it didn't come out until later when everyone had their dinner already. There was supposed to be fog/smoke used but it wasn't used. Extra money was paid for a Champagne Wall but the glasses were filled with juice instead of champagne. They said juice was used to avoid underage drinking. While we appreciate that concern, we should've been told ahead of time that juice would be used. A " champagne " wall was agreed on, NOT a JUICE wall. Also there's only 1 bathroom for the ladies' room so keep that in mind. The best part of this event was the open bar. This place has a lot of potential but needs to work on their communication skills.

We dealt with Amber who was awesome. We have elaborate Halloween parties every year, so for our wedding we wanted to go non-traditional and instead have a Halloween wedding. It also just so happened to be an LGBT wedding. Amber was so accommodating, friendly, and excited for us from the start. She even participated in the Halloween theme by wearing a masquerade mask, which we thought was fun! We had about 125 people with 13 tables of 10 people each. There was still plenty of room for the ceremony itself. There was also plenty of room for the dance floor and dj. There's a nice alcove that worked perfectly for our arch. There are double doors to the side that lead to the bridal suite (we called it the grooms suite). For our short ceremony, it was perfect. We walked out from those doors, to the alcove with our arch. Then back to the suite after the ceremony. They also have an in-house caterer, PTG run by Gil, who I highly recommend. The food was delicious and the choices and variety seemed endless. Gil is also very friendly and accommodating. There is also a bar towards the back of the ballroom. Originally we only had 1 bartender, but then our guest list grew, and Amber was able to get us a second bartender the day before. Overall we and all the guests had a blast! Everything went very smoothly, and I have to really give a lot of kudos and thanks to Amber, Gil, and everyone who works there. Excellent service all around, I am so happy we chose this place! Highly recommended for any occasion!

I was at a smaller event downstairs and the food was awesome , prime rib, clams, delicious chicken and excellent libations! My most recent was a large outing and the buffet food was very good , chicken Parmesan, rigatoni snd meatballs. The meatballs were very impressive as was the Caesar dressing for the salad. I really thought the food was good , could have had more pasta sauce but for a large event it worked perfectly. They even had fantastic brownies for desert. Looking forward to my next event here!
