Also, the automatic Windows 10 surprise upgrades have also caused problems. Jolene stays on top of those and has quickly fixed what Microsoft often screws up on my PC. Realizing that there are more unknown, surprise Windows 10 "upgrades" coming (with some even changing your default programs without permission), more agony of trying to figure out what has happened to your PC is a sure thing. You don't have the time nor knowledge depth to solve getting your PC back to an operational status.To combat those shutdowns, FTS offers a service plan at $35/month (1 year commitment for 2 computers).
