Antoine took lots of time to communicate with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured. There was no effort to "upsell". Antoine double checked everything to make sure everything was right. My mom was ecstatic with her arrangement! When she sent me pictures, I was floored! Not only was the arrangement gorgeous but the quality and freshness of the flowers were top notch! The effort and value put into the arrangement for the money spent was incredible. You could really tell a lot of thought and talent went into it. I, shamefully (shop local!) had been looking at some of the online florists prior to calling Kelly & Co and I truly believe I would have spent close to 1.5 or 2 times the money to get something similar from one of those services.
