He left to get more information and then it was my turn. I gave her everything and explained the situation and she started to prepare the 2016 tax return right away. The lady was really nice and is going through a similar situation of my relative ailed of. My heart went out to her. All in all I was in and out in a half hour and it cost me $59. One downside is I didn't see any dancing foam statues of liberty. That would have made my day.

They told me they would take a couple of days to get caught up with my receipts and accounts from January to May. June, July, August go by, we are still behind. Now we are in March of 2017 and we are STILL not caught up. I have given them all of the information they have asked for, answered all of their questions, checked in frequently, and still, my account is too confusing for them. I run a Vacation Rental Management Business. If you can do accounting for a hotel, you can do accounting for my business. WHY cant they get caught up? Oh according to them its MY fault because I'm not organized enough..... Isn't that what I went to them for? To help me stay caught up and organized? Did I not answer all of their questions and give them EVERY document they ever asked me for, RIGHT when they asked me for it? I DID! I would not recommend using them, let them screw up on a few more peoples accounts before testing them out. They obviously need more practice.
