I was able to make an appointment on 3/8/2018 and was able to be seen that day. I had to reschedule due to personal issues, but was seen the next day. My appointment lasted 30 minutes, where I was filing out an Ohio and Rhode Island tax return. The tax representatives there were knowledgeable on what needed to be done, clear in explaining my tax return and prepared my return in a timely fashion (very fast).
