Trusting that you sent the corrected CA FTB (after the initial mistake, for which you did email a PDF, so I trusted that you mailed it too ) but apparently you never mailed to CA FTB. Now this means that I am indeed out the $8400+ which was caused by your faulty filing, as the statue of limitations for refunds is over in 8 days and it takes 30 days to process, even if I "overnighted" the corrected return. I was able to get $4k+ back myself, of the entire $12k taken from my bank account by the IRS & CA FTB, which your erroneous filing of a 2012 on a 2014 form. Please refund my payment of $500. I won't charge you for pain & suffering. This fiasco almost resulted in me being homeless. My apartment complex has a 5-day grace period before the embarrassing eviction process. Fortunately I have friends and family who care enough to not let this happen. But I don't understand how you can have over 30-5star reviews on Thumbtack. You must have paid them. Please restore you honor and I will gladly give you a better review. Had you only communicated, this would not have caused such damage. 3-13-2016 I would appreciate a refund. Despite so many great ratings on Thumbtack, my tax return is still not resolved, eight months after a faulty filing. As a result, the IRS withdrew over $12k from my account and I had to do the leg work to get it back, which is still a nightmare. Daniel doesn't return emails or phone calls. Has had one reason or another, but really, eight months? Such a disappointment. Please resolve this, Daniel, and I'll revise this review. Posting on your FB page hasn't inspired you to help me, so I'm trying Yelp. I cannot continue with my tax returns until this is resolved, and I would like you to fix this and refund my $500 for the on-going frustration of having you as my CPA.
