Reluctantly, he said fine and did the taxes. He had a BS excuse as to why we had to wait to get the papers printed out. I told him I would be there Saturday morning to pick them up. When I arrived, they were not ready. SHOCKING. I finally picked them up hours later and he tried to charge me more than I was quoted. I refused to pay the difference. He's a total incompetent jerk. I an calling the BBB. He shouldn't be in business. He complained the whole time about how overwhelmed he is. He tries to put all the blame on Stanley... whoever that is! NEVER AGAIN!! I would not trust them with future tax work and the fact that I was not reimbursed is even more embarrassing.  Their blaming it on the software is only telling me that the level of tax knowledge in their office is no different than mine.
