I have had a credit at Dennin and Dennin for a couple of years since Greg Dennin was attempting to do a closing for me in Saranac Lake. During this transaction, Greg was very slow to return calls, impossible to get on the phone and until I had to ask his receptionist Debbie if I should retain other counsel, not at all working for me...just taking my money. So, the credit is from my retainer for the closing. Since the closing did not occur, Greg said to leave on account because I was considering having him open an LLC for me in NY. About 10 days ago, I called and asked to have my credit refunded since I do not intend on ever doing business with this office again after my brother has had trouble them as well. I finally had to call them back to check on status of refund and was told by the same Debbie that Greg was on vacation for 10 days and I would have to wait. I told her that was ridiculous because I had called 10 days ago. Then she says that I had already had the check refunded. I told her I did not. She said again that I did as if I was obtuse. I was horrified when I asked for proof of the check being cashed and Debbie told me I could not get that information!!!! How completely ridiculous. Your customer is saying that they have not received this check and you offer no proof of it being returned and cashed???? And you call yourselves attorneys???? Stay Away. This office is completely unprofessional.

He didn't file any motions when asked, he didn't…read moresubpoena any bank/investment account/Retirement account records when given a list of roughly 25-35. he didn't mention to the court my ex getting arrested for making false police reports and possession of forged instruments (deeds) he didn't hire or even call a forensic accountant when asked him to do so on many occasion. he wrote me a receipt for $5,000 retainer but never charged my credit card or collected cash! as the case grew i realized the magnitude of corruption surrounding this divorce and circumstances and realized he was as dirty and corrupt as they come! When the investigation is wrapped up i'd bet my life he's going to be behind bars! how much money did they pay you mr. griffin to completely botch this case?
