I was advised in March to send in the filing fee and then send payments for him to start bankruptcy proceedings. I sent the fee and a few payments and hadn't heard anything. By the end of June I called 3 times with no call back for an update. Last week I received a check with my funds returned. No letter, no explanation-nothing. Upon research I learned the employee that referred left the job after 20 plus years of service and this was likely the reason. How unprofessional?!! Now we are stuck. The filing fee was sent in March and yet it was never filed? Do yourself a favor stay far away from this firm. They do not care about clients at all and clearly do not do anything in a timely manner. They also do not have common courtesy to even return a call or give any explanation!

He didn't file any motions when asked, he didn't…read moresubpoena any bank/investment account/Retirement account records when given a list of roughly 25-35. he didn't mention to the court my ex getting arrested for making false police reports and possession of forged instruments (deeds) he didn't hire or even call a forensic accountant when asked him to do so on many occasion. he wrote me a receipt for $5,000 retainer but never charged my credit card or collected cash! as the case grew i realized the magnitude of corruption surrounding this divorce and circumstances and realized he was as dirty and corrupt as they come! When the investigation is wrapped up i'd bet my life he's going to be behind bars! how much money did they pay you mr. griffin to completely botch this case?
