The restaurant was full, but they could have at least acknowledged us instead of sticking fingers in our faces and asking us to wait. We just wanted to know much longer we had to wait and if there was a table avail for two. There were two other people that arrived at the same time as we did with reservations and they were treated the same. The wait staff basically acted annoyed that people where there to eat. It was snowing and we were cold and starving so we left and found an Italian restaurant around the corner. If you like long wait and rude severs this is the place for you.

The big chairs are quite comfortable. Have a look at their huge dry age chamber, all the good stuff is in there. For warmer days they have a big terrace. Service is fine, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. It lacks the professionalism and training which you would expect from such an expensive place. The wine list is big covering all important wine countries. They have some wines by the glass. Food here of course is all about beef, mainly they serve US beef and Australian Wagyu. From time to time they also serve regional dry aged beef which often is not inferior to US beef. All classic steak house side dishes and sauces are on the menu. While the truffled mash was outstanding, the creamed spinach was just o.k. My favorite sauce bernaise was done perfectly. For the steak I went for the wagyu filet, which was cooked to perfection, the meat juicy and tender. I general I found the wagyu overpriced while the US beef reasonable. The starters and side dishes are reasonable prices as well. The wines are a bit overpriced, too. They are around 3 times what you pay at wine retailers.
