Any CubeSmart will drill through your padlock, but that service typically comes with an attitude. I've also been charged in the past. Don could not have been more helpful and gracious, and that makes a huge difference. Later, I needed a tape measure and then forgot to return it. When I realized my mistake, I turned around immediately, and, returned. Again, Don was really gracious about it. So 5 Stars for Don. So why just 3 stars? Well, that's for CubeSmart's constant and precipitous price hikes. My cube started at $160 and a 1.5 years later, it's almost $280, and I'm sure another price hike is due. Few franchises controls pricing, so it's not this facility's fault. but it really does drive home the lesson that self-storage is a quagmire. You think it will be for "just a few months," but it rarely is, and it rarely works to your economic advantage. My advice: unless you have a VERY good reason to store extra stuff and you are absolutely going to store it short-term, give it away, donate it, or use it. It will cost you less in the end.

avoid these evil people at all costs!…read more if i could give zero stars i would. we paid $695 and these people never showed up and refused to give us a refund. our pipe burst in house. we call them at 3:30pm. they say they have someome in waterford right next to us and he will be there in a hour. they tell us they only accept prepayment. so we paid. after they take payment they then say they will be there 5-7 pm. so we call ed's plumbing who came right away and only bills after sefvices are completed. at 5:30 pm as ed's plumbing is finishing up. these nasty people at tmg call us and ask if anyone is here. we tell them yes we had someone show up. i asked is a plumber en route? they say not yet but soon. noone ever showed up from tmg. 9 am the next morning, i call tmg the next morning and the billing lady, brandy says she will issue a refund since services were not rendered. 1 hour later, brandy calls back and says they changed their mind and will not issue refund. this is not how you do business. this is how criminals operate. we have filed the following so far: 1) complaint with state of ct 2) complaint with better business bureau 3) fraud investigation is underway with bank calling them was the worst decision i ever made.

At that time the job was still known and Todd arrived promptly for a free estimate/quote of the project. Worth noting is that I called multiple local septic companies and he was the 1st to return my message as well as one of the few to see the estimate out. That being said it took a few on site digs and inspections to determine we had a faulty septic system and it needed to be completely repaired. Full disclosure upon receiving his job quote, even after he had already spent hours on site, we went ahead and quoted out other options(as part of our own due diligence). While he weren't expecting a full replacement we had not prepared to see the number and felt it was a wise home owner decision to see what other pricing options we could get together. Again he did right by us by providing us a very fair and reasonable quote and we felt it was the best deal out there, not to mention Todd and his team are very reliable and just down right a decent family. Unfortunately I missed a lot of the site work due to my own rigorous work schedule and I wasn't around to catch pictures of the piping or gravel or much of the system itself, but I have attached everything I could get for pictures. I was shocked at how quickly the old system was removed and the new one was installed once all the prep work was done. There was a few minor hardware delays as a result of the very beginning stages of what would become as we now know as a major covid pandemic. With that in mind Todd Kept on top of it and was able to get a brand new top of the line septic system installed within a matter of just a few days. We never went a Day without a functioning system. In addition his team Separated our well water backwashing system From dumping out into our septic system and provided us with multiple ideas on how to properly maintain and upkeep both systems for years to come I would highly recommend nl county septic Have a great 2021

We had every problem imaginable on our Postage size lot - from our original septic engineer dying, to hitting Ledge, to the new engineer plans not being accurate, to removing/splitting Huge boulders, plus the annoyance of nosey neighbors and a small narrow work area - Todd and Jake handled it ALL - and they even put down sod for us at the end of the job! When they left our lawn looked beautiful. We were so LUCKY to have had NL Septic do our septic installation - especially as it was clearly not an easy installation.
