Because I was able to learn what I was doing wrong I was able to help my daughter complete a project due the next day. It took over 2 weeks, and when I got it home the bobbin was still hanging up and in addition, the feed dogs wouldn't raise/lower! Called them, they said the service "is under warranty" but that they can't take it in for at least a week. ARGH! It cost $119, the tech is supposed to be Pfaff-certified, but right now I am so frustrated I could bite! But I'll take it in next week and see what happens. By the way, the ladies who work there could not be nicer - I have no beef with them, just the technician/repair on my machine. Expensive, slow, and added a problem without fixing the old problem! I'll write back with the resolution once I see what happens.
