The last photo is the beautiful arrangement they delivered today. I truly appreciate it! Updated Review: I initially gave a 5-star review, but changed it to 2 stars. I'm very disappointed with the arrangement I paid for vs what was delivered to my mother. The first photo is what was delivered and the second photo is what I paid for (the deluxe version). I understand substitutions need to be made sometimes, but this is unacceptable. I reached out to customer service (via email) about the issue and haven't received a response. I will not use Vernal Floral in the future. Previous Review: I had flowers sent to my grandma for mother's day. I've never used Vernal Floral before, but decided to give the local company a try (and I'm glad I did). The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. They even called her before hand to make sure she was home when they delivered them. I will definitely use Vernal Floral again in the future.

They're a little expensive, especially for big pieces, but most flower shops are. For a neighborhood boutique their prices are very competitive, and they put so much love and care into what they do. However the first attempt to make it right, resulted in outside petals being picked off and we discussed how much sunlight they were in and adding flower food with the water. Well on 2/15 the flowers had deteriorated even more and were wilting. So I took them back to the shop and she gave me 6 new roses. Which was very much appreciated! Except here we are at 6am and the flowers look miserable yet again. I am not sure if the supplier just did not bring a good batch in for Valentine's Day or what the issue was. But my issue is that my aunt just recovered from cervical cancer over the holiday's. I wanted to take her something special, and beautiful which is why I went to a local floral shop assuming their quality would be higher than some of the grocery stores in town. Well unfortunately the quality has actually been significantly worse than what I could have bought at Jubilee or Stewart's. The only unfortunate part is that I blew my budget to get her roses thinking I wanted to get her high quality flowers that would last and be something beautiful on her night stand to wake up to. My aunt told me to just throw away the replacement flowers I brought back last night. And I am so disappointed because now it's too far gone in my budget to order her a new arrangement. The woman just almost died from cervical cancer so I can understand her not wanting dying flowers in her home. Just very disappointed in myself that i Did not have it in my budget any more to replace them with a different company. But long rant aside this place does get two stars for the owners professionalism and courtesy! I hope they can get better quality flowers in there soon! Laura was also very accommodating. She made a floral headpiece for my hair trial and even drove to my hotel to deliver it to me! The flowers were one of the most important parts of our wedding and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the outcome. The florals turned out absolutely beautiful, especially my bouquet!!! Laura is lovely, incredibly kind and easy to work with. I would recommend Sunfresh Flowers for any of your flower needs!
