I ordered flowers for my daughter on a Friday. I was told the flowers would be delivered the next day, Saturday. No flowers on Saturday, nor Monday. I called the shop on Tuesday to find out if there was a problem with my credit card, and a young girl answered, with no experience with answering a business telephone. She would ask me a question then yell it to the owner. After 3 questions, the owner finally took the call herself. She told me fresh flowers had come in that morning, and floral arrangement would be delivered that afternoon. No flowers. I called Wednesday, no one answered. I asked that the owner call me. That did not happen either. I then asked for the order to please be cancelled. Will check credit card to ensure it was not used. Would suggest not using this floral shop. read more

After weekly telephone calls requesting a return call, I'm throwing in the towel. After the first call letting florist know that flowers ordered for a good friend's anniversary weren't received, I waited a week for her to access her records. I called again, again, and again. My calls were never returned or forwarded. I have little respect for an owner that puts a child-voiced worker in the position of having to lie to her clients. (She'll be back at 3, she'll call you tomorrow, she's not in, she'll call you next week). I'm disappointed, my friend was neglected, and I'm insulted that my order and questions have been ignored. After 6 weeks of trying, I am having charges on my credit card reversed but feel sorry for those customers that paid with cash. Not sure why this person is in business if she has no interest in customer service. My rating does not include even one star. read more

Received beautiful bouquet for my birthday. Delivered to my door 13 miles from Gillette. What service!

I live in Phoenix, AZ and ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to my niece who lives in Gillette, WY after her surgery. I inadvertently gave my niece's prior home address. A week later when the arrangement was not received by my niece, my sister who also lives in Wyoming contacted the owner of Bloomer's, Linnie, and asked her if they had just left the arrangement on the porch of the home or if someone had actually signed for and taken the arrangement even though my niece no longer lived at that address and the arrangement did not belong to them. Linnie advised my sister that they never leave arrangements and always have someone sign for them. Linnie advised my sister she would find out who had signed for the arrangement and let my sister know and that she would also remake the arrangement and have it redelivered. She did neither one of these things. My sister contacted Linnie again another week later and Linnie told my sister that her fresh flowers had just come in and that she would remake the arrangement that day and have it redelivered. Once again, she did not. When my sister called the next day, Linnie would not take her call. So I tried calling the same day and Linnie would not take my call. Unfortunately, I did not use a credit card when I paid for this arrangement or I would protest the charge. Instead, I am out $76.00. My niece never got her flowers. And you should never give your business to this type of a business owner with this type of character and business ethics. read more

Ordered flowers on May 6th 2019 through 1800flowers and was unfortunate enough to have this company assigned to deliver part of the order. Was supposed to be delivered on the 6th. They were trying to deliver them on the 8th! 2 DAYS LATE! By this time the intended recipient was not available being that they were not only out of town but out of the state! They didn't try to call the recipient of the order to verify if they were available for delivery. When the individual did arrive back home she contacted Linnie who was not only rude but disgusting in the way that she attempted to bully and belittle a costumer.She was informed to come into the store on the 15th, which she did, only to be told that she would have to come back on the 17th to pick them up. I was contacted by the person whom I had ordered the flowers for and informed about the situation. I then proceeded to contact the shop. She was not exaggerating how the individuals converse on the phone. Extremely unprofessional in all aspects. I asked to speak with the manager Emily informed me that she was indeed the manager. Definitely needs to update and refine her customer service skills. I then asked multiple times to speak with the owner. She informed me that she wasn't there. She at first refused to give me the owners name but after insisting that I have the name she said Linda was the owner and would be in tomorrow. She was refusing to re-deliver the arrangement that I had already paid for, saying she was not obligated to do so. I have since contacted 1800flowers and informed them of the situation as well as filed a complaint with them about this particular florist.The order has been replaced with a different florist. Thank God!! I can't say whether or not the flowers and items sold at this location are worth the price and hassle being that they were never received because they decided to try to deliver them 2 days late. I wouldn't recommend them for the mere fact that the so-called manager is such a miserable individual who doesn't seem to have found the job of her dreams and has zero customer service skills. read more
