Nice BUT THE PRICES…read more.. Very clean well kept shop. The staff is very polite and professional. That alone would get 5 stars from me.. the trick in business is not doing one sale but getting me to come back... To qualify I have been vaping for 5 years. I spend a couple of hundred (3-400$) yearly on mods, and then coils and juices about another 60 to 80$ per month.... I but most of my juice from white label juice co but need a backup store. So I went to this store after a fun day rebuilding a front end in a car and wanted some juice to go Netflix and chill with my cat.. Went in and bought a 60ml bottle of cuttwood unicorn milk then it happened. 27$ with tax. REALLY. I got home and called there and they verified. 27$ FOR JUST ONE 60 ML BOTTLE. I had to laugh to myself.. Point being since that at retail should be 20$ at the most if you overcharge that's cool. You did get the sale. But you wont get a repeat.....

Walked in and asked to see the flavors of e juice. He grabbed the book and tossed it on the counter…read moreand pointed at a sign that had the prices. I looked through the book and asked if I could sample the ones I wanted to buy. He then pointed at a sample station and said sample there. There was very limited options and the sample station did not have the flavors I wanted to sample. I was completely ignored the rest of the time I was in the store. Overall the person running this store was rude and had zero customer service skills. They lost my business forever. Go to mystic if you actually want help and good service. I don't see this store lasting very long if this is how they conduct business.
