I've received two flower arrangements from Bloomen' Crazy. The first one had so few flowers that they kept falling to one side. The other one was pretty when it came but they drank no water and were dead the next day. The owner and her staff are lovely people. During slow times the owner will go on Facebook and ask people to order or come in and buy gift certificate. This is off putting to me and I believe the flowers I got that were dead the next day is because they were having financial difficulties and used flowers that were not fresh. I understand that businesses in small towns struggle but sending flowers that are dying is unacceptable. read more

I had an excellent experience with Bloomin Crazy Floral. I ordered and paid for my bouquet via their website which was easy to use. I requested a cheerful, vibrant and not overly coiffed bouquet with seasonal blooms if available. The bouquet arrived on time and in lovely condition. I went in and arrange to have a delivery made for my husband. Delivery was made and the arrangement looked like a bunch of green foliage with a couple of carnations. One branch with 3 little roses and a small sunflower that look dead. Truly disappointment. That little arrangement was $50 and delivery was $8. My husband felt so bad for me that he went to Costco and purchase me 2 dozen red long stem roses for $19.99. No wonder small flower shops are going out of business. read more

I recently had surgery and a friend sent me flowers from Bloomin Crazy. I could tell right away that the flowers weren't fresh and had been sitting around for awhile. Normally when you get flowers you need to keep adding water until the flowers won't drink any more. Sad to say the flowers never needed water replenished and the bouquet was dead by the fourth day. I do NOT recommend this shop and wanted to share my experience in hopes others don't make the same mistake. I booked Bloomin' Crazy a year in advance for my wedding in August, 2021. We could not have been more disappointed with how unprofessional this establishment is. We had a set price and made the mistake of paying it all upfront. A mutual agreement was made to pick-up the flowers early morning of 8/26. The shop contacted us two days before the wedding to inform us they couldn't meet the agreed upon deadline, and gave us the option to pick it up the day of our wedding 8/27. With such late notice and no other options available we agreed to the last minute change in plans. My husband showed up to the shop at the posted business hours 9am-5pm. He waited for over an hour knocking and calling before making the tough decision to leave without the flowers... Our wedding was at noon in North Plains which is just over two hours from Astoria with terrible traffic due to the Hood to Coast triathlon. My husband barely made it in time to our wedding due to the flowers we never received. The shop agreed to a refund on 8/27 and took accountability initially. The new owner Kevin Berry decided to re-address the issue two weeks later on 9/12. Kevin contradicted and refused to honor the original agreement between the previous owner (Diane Berry) and myself. The original owner had passed away the day after our wedding 8/28 putting us at the mercy of her inexperienced son and current owner Kevin Berry. Kevin informed us the company was not at fault for not having the flowers ready for pick-up at the agreed upon time and would NOT be honoring the refund. Keep in mind we tried on two separate occasions to get the flowers and they botched both. We were lied to about the refund so we're out the product and our money. We are still in the process of recovering our personal property that they refuse to return despite multiple requests. Legally Kevin has sworn in mediation and trial to return our personal items but still has not. I believe Bloomin' Crazy intentionally lied to us about our refund and intentionally waited last minute to tell us otherwise. Selling our flowers in their storefront during peak wedding season on the coast is a no brainer. Save your money and keep looking! This shop lacks the skills to preform basic duties in a timely manner. I live locally and communicating with them or trying to pick up the flowers was impossible. I couldn't imagine trying to work with them from out of town. This business has and will extort you and handle your special day with little to no care. Update 1/8/22: We took Bloomin Crazy Floral to small claims for the return of our money and stolen items. During our trial I saw pictures of the flowers for the first time and I couldn't help but laugh at the sloppy arrangements that looked nothing like what we had discussed. We were unsuccessful in getting out money back. Please note the new owner is a patrol officer since 2016 and was born and raised in Astoria. Kevin Berry will absolutely use his status to obtain special treatment for his personal gain. A quick Google search will provide you with everything you need to know. A tough lesson learned on never paying a business upfront and doing my research on said business. If you're in need of a good florist look into Erickson Floral Co, or The Natural Nook! AMAZING local florists that stand by their word and work. I would also recommend Fred Myers florists over this shop. read more

I've had two floral arrangements delivered from this shop and both were beautiful! One came in a Ford pickup truck container, which was a nice surprise. I recently visited in person and what a cute shop! Conveniently located in downtown Astoria amongst the other shops and such. Besides flowers, they have a fun selection of birthday balloons ($5 each, about the same price as Fred Meyer) and house ware type gifts. Minus one star because they were a day late on one of my deliveries, with the shop saying they couldn't find my house (per my spouse). read more

I have ordered many different types of arrangements here and they are always what I want and hope for. Sometimes it is just a small bunch of flowers for the cemetery and sometimes it is a over the top Thank You gift. I have ordered natural look bouquets and old fashioned arrangements, and have never been disappointed. Four years ago, Bloomin Crazy made me the happiest of brides! Not only was my bouquet THE MOST gorgeous thing I'd ever seen, but each and every bridesmaid bouquet, boutonniere, and centerpiece was just as phenomenal. Mia and Diane were able to capture my requests in our consultation and turn my ideas into [better than] reality. Since then, I have gone through Mia multiple times for Mother's Day, birthday, and colleague gifts. The designs are so unique and gorgeous; it's not just a thrown together bundle you can get anywhere else. As I delivered an arrangement to a coworker today, she and I chatted and kept pausing conversation to comment on not only how beautiful they are, but how amazing they smell too! While in my eighth month of pregnancy my husband and darling prenatal child had flowers sent to me at work. I could not believe how in the next weeks to follow, the flowers continually opened up and were more beautiful than the previous day. To say they took over my snapchat story is an understatement! Even just following them on Instagram (@bloomincrazyfloral ) brightens my day! I highly recommend Bloomin Crazy for your biggest and smallest floral needs, as well as if you need a gift! Called the other day and ordered, and they delivered the most gorgeous gorgeous bouquet to my mom, who lives in Chinook. It's her birthday. I had to call them and tell them how gorgeous they were and that I will never stop using this Florist. I give them the AAA rate for sure!! I can not believe how off the actual arrangement was from the picture. I ordered vase full of daisies and even upgraded it to the largest size and there was only 8 daisies total and 80% filler. Does this company honestly think the senders aren't going to see the finished product because this was clearly false advertisement. For a 100 dollar bouquet it was a total rip. I could have bought all the flowers out from Costco and stuffed them in a vase and it would have looked like I spent a million bucks using their ripoff formula. I will not recommend this place to anyone I consider a friend. read more
