My Darling Husband and myself were browsing the Succulents in tiny pots just outside the front door on the sale table in front of Erickson Floral Company recently. We went inside and bought Three Bars of Soaps which smell great. Those will be gifts for our friends. Also, there weren't any of the specific Succulents that I was looking to purchase on the afternoon we were there. There were plenty of other Succulents, though... just not the ones that I wanted. We brought out our shopping bag with us. Also, we spoke briefly to the Cashier about the Traffic, and the re route from the Main Bridge to Warrenton, Oregon. The owner apologized and made sure another bouquet was sent to make up the error. That to me is GREAT customer service. I will continue to order flowers from them. This was my initial complaint. I have used this company before... and was happy. But I am very disappointed this time. My sister didn't even know who sent the flowers because they didn't write what I asked on the card. Erickson did floral for our wedding at The Loft at The Red Building and it was incredible. We met Elizabeth at the Shore Style Wedding Fair and were pleased with her service from start to finish. Elizabeth was incredible at interpreting our vision and making it a reality. I was worried that I hadn't done a great job at explaining what I wanted but when we first entered the space after it had been dressed up, it was clear that she heard not only what we'd asked for but also what we didn't know how to ask for. The final product was beyond our expectations! Now we are a week beyond the wedding and the floral we took home still looks (and smells) amazing. I went online seeking a florist for a bday delivery to my mom. Last floral delivery I tried was "fromyouflowers.com" which I had no idea delivered flowers via shipping in a box with nothing BUT unopened blooms (which apparently never fully opened). I'm in CA and my mom is in OR, so I did not know who was a local or good florist. I found one place with really good prices, but thankfully checked them out further and found they were some 800 place that lowballs prices which no local florist wants to deal with. I called Erickson because of the other few options, it was only one I could find positive stuff about. I am really happy I went with this company! I told the woman ("Rosie"! I kid you not) what I was looking for and a price range, and she gave me a couple ideas about what she could do. She was honest about having limited inventory as a result of the holidays, but confident that she could put something together that would meet my general requirements. Well she did! My mom was psyched and when she sent me photos, i could see why. Honestly, the bouquet exceeded my expectations by far. It really looks to me like something that would be much more expensive. Not that it was cheap, but this looked like something in the "bonus" category. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Not only were the people I spoke with very pleasant, but during my second call the poor person on the other line put up with listening to me as I chased my new foster dog down the street when she got out. And they didn't hang up! So thanks Erickson's- you are so much better than those lousy, outsourced, not really a bargain outfits! What a great job and with a nice attitude, too! read more

Elizabeth was communicative, professional, and very patient with me and my fiance throughout the process. I was so excited to see my arrangements the day or the wedding. They were gorgeous and exactly what we discussed. We purchased several bridesmaids bouquets, a flower crown, a bridal bouquet, corsages for the mothers and officiant, as well as boutonnieres for the groom, groomsmen and fathers. In addition, we purchased several cut flowers to arrange in vases for tables. Prices were very reasonable, and Elizabeth did what she could to provide options to meet both our aesthetic and budget. My flowers stayed fresh for a good while, and now are hanging in my closet drying. I wish I could have kept them fresh forever - they were just that beautiful. I definitely recommend for your event.
