Once you are inside you are surrounded with plants, and live and silk arrangements to decorate your home or a nice gift from someone else. I'm very disappointed in this florist. Tomorrow I graduate college. My parents live out of state and can not make the ceremony... First they call and ruin the surprise of the delivery. When asked if I would be home I told them no and made arrangements with them to have another family member pick up the flowers tomorrow and bring them to me at graduation. About 4 hours later I receive an email from them saying they have cancelled my order and I will not be able to pick it up. My parents told me they paid extra to have it delivered by a certain day and this company just cancelled and did not even contact my parents who actually paid for the flower! They were nice on the phone but the email was short and not at all sorry. They didn't even sign a name! Emily was the girl I talked to on the phone and who also made everything seem okay and it would be fine to pick up the next day. She couldn't even call back to tell me my flowers weren't going to be there. Completely rude and I DO NOT recommend!! read more
