Had I not called to check on the delivery my wife would have never received them. Value = questionable. Was it worth it? Since the arrangement was indeed beautiful I can't complain too much but having to check up on the delivery definitely earns a lower score. They were exceptionally warm and welcoming when I came in, especially considering they had probably been working like crazy all day on Valentine's Day and in comes this jerk a few minutes before closing asking for flowers. The owner made me a gorgeous bouquet of roses and chatted with me while she made it. She even gave me a balloon for free to go with it.
