She said I had to talk to the 'finance dept' and request it with them. Once I was transferred, it was on hold while they contacted the local florist handlers they asked her to tell me to take 50% off again but I refused. Finance dept finally agreed and I held them on the phone until I received an email confirmation. The women was trying to get rid of me on the phone but I made sure she waited until the email was sent to me. This is by far the most saddest and embarrassing flower delivery services ever. DO NOT trust this site, or flowers by Eve, flowers by Nora, or Sunnyflowers, as they all are flowers brokers that take taking your money quickly, but order from local flowers shop who get paid a lot less as a result the flowers arrangements are poor and not what your originally promised thought their site.
