I went in two times since this to make an appointment. The first time she wasn't very helpful or kind and there was a negative tone there. I decided to disregard this and went in a second time to make another appointment and pick up a check for my balance and she was extremely rude and immediately snapped at me saying "you could text me". This was extremely unprofessional, you have a business but cannot answer the phone for your clients to make appointments or return voicemails that were left in an attempt to make an appointment. I called Renee 3 weeks later, she said she was busy, and asked me to call back the following week. I called back. She did not remember who I was nor remember my conversations with her. After re-describing my situation, she then informed me that she couldn't help me, told me to call another company and even gave me the names of 2 other liquidation companies. She then asked us if we had any questions and I said yes and asked if there was a rest room. There was a delay and then she replied yes but it's for customers. My fiancée and I were both puzzled and offended. Were the three of us not customers (or potential customers)? And cannot a man shop for a gift for a female? We cut our visit short and spent our money elsewhere. We will share our experience with our friends and neighbors.
