After re-describing my situation, she then informed me that she couldn't help me, told me to call another company and even gave me the names of 2 other liquidation companies. She then asked us if we had any questions and I said yes and asked if there was a rest room. There was a delay and then she replied yes but it's for customers. My fiancée and I were both puzzled and offended. Were the three of us not customers (or potential customers)? And cannot a man shop for a gift for a female?
