Cute place with lots of different items. Way overpriced though, even going on a sale day.

Poor customer care/service. I started bringing my belongings here a few years ago and as time went on the owner stopped answering phone calls for me to make an appointment and disregarded voicemails I have left to make future appointments. I went in two times since this to make an appointment. The first time she wasn't very helpful or kind and there was a negative tone there. I decided to disregard this and went in a second time to make another appointment and pick up a check for my balance and she was extremely rude and immediately snapped at me saying "you could text me". This was extremely unprofessional, you have a business but cannot answer the phone for your clients to make appointments or return voicemails that were left in an attempt to make an appointment. Extremely disappointed but I can't say wasn't expected from the way she began to treat my mom and I out of no where. Terrible customer service and wouldn't recommend. read more

Lots of fun treasures and furniture to be had. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Currently they have a 50 percent sale going almost everything in the store! This means the already great prices just got even better! read more

They lost a sale because of no public bathrooms. How many people just run in a consignment shop to pee? Rather rude when I asked about one.

They originally told me I had sales that generated some income to me. They suggested I waited until the end of the 90 days to collect my money. At the end of the 90 days, they said they didn't have anything that sold, and owed me no money. They had no records to indicate they did not sell anything, so they could have sold it all and simply not told me. They should provide pictures to show what they are providing to charity. I called the store today with a few questions as I have never bought or sold from this type of store. The woman on the phone answered my questions like I was bothering her and like I was stupid . She was extremely nasty and I've never encountered anyone like that here in Myrtle Beach. I will never give them my business and I hope others don't either. I love this store - it is a combination of new items and consignment items. They have home decor, clothing, jewelry, housewares, books and more. I always find something that I can't live without. Many times they have their consignment items marked down even further. This time I found 4 paperbacks, placemats, and a bowl - all for $12. Last time it was seahorse earrings. There is a lot of stuff packed into this space so allow time to browse! read more

We visited August 2021 during a family vacation with my mom and grandmother. This store is located in an old bank, now converted into a shop. It's rather unique in that it offers both new and used items for sale. There are sections with consignment clothing as well as other odd and ends like home decor including some furniture pieces, seasonal items, collectibles, flower arrangements, beach-themed decor, purses, and jewelry. Parts of the store reminded me of hidden gems at a local flea market, with things like antique dining, lamps, clocks, statues, and linens. My grandmother and mother found a few items in their consignment clothing section and was pleased with the pricing and selection offered. In other parts of the store you can find gourmet sauces, homemade candles, and seasonal outdoor items like flags, garden flags, door mats, and decor. There is even a small section dedicated to just about everything under the sun flamingo themed, hence their name. There is truly a little something for just about any shopper that passes through. My only criticism is that about 99% of the consignment clothing is geared for - and let me try to word this as specific as I can but without unintentional offense - mature adult women. It would be nice to have a little more diversity, although I do also understand the nature of the business in that they can only provide what the locals offer. I also would like to add that while the women working were very nice, they were also pretty loud at times, joking with each other, and laughing out loud. I'm all for making work a fun and pleasant experience, but be mindful that the customers can hear you too. An overall very unique shopping experience for sure, it's hard to describe and confine to one specific category. read more

Overpriced junk you can find at Walmart for the same price. Not my idea of a thrift store or bargain shop. Staff are rude and act like this is a Neiman Marcus instead of very over priced thrift. read more

Purchased a dresser over the phone I only saw online. It was bigger than expected (totally my fault) when I went to pick it up but also one of the handles was off. When I told the lady at the counter I would not be able to use it, her basic attitude was "Oh well. Too bad." I said I'd just have to count it as a lesson learned and lose the money and she made no offer of a refund for an article that never left the store. Guess I'll sell it myself. When I asked for someone to put a SIX DRAWER dresser in the car, her response was "we don't do loading service." read more
