Massage from Michelle W was absolutely unacceptable and worst I ever had. Very unprofessional.

This is my 2nd time visiting and I only visit when I'm visiting my in-laws in town. Last year I met with Dr Matt and today I met with Dr Brent and they both were very good!! Love their adjustments. I have been seeing Dr. Matt for about two years. I started going because of lower back issues and a stiff neck. My neck is no longer an issue after years of problems. My back issues are more muscular, but the adjustment makes it tolerable. The staff is very friendly and professional. read more

I hurt my low back playing high school football and made it worse playing college football. Standing was painful for several years. I could typically sit or lay fairly comfortably but struggled to be on my feet. It even prevented me from being as active as I wanted to be. I started seeing Dr Steve and it alleviated my symptoms dramatically. About a year later I shifted to Dr Morse, and on occasion I see Dr Brent. My back requires regular maintenance (1x per wk) but the difference has been incredible! I'm able to do so many things pain free. When my back does get out of place, Dr Morse can usually get it back to normal within 2 visits. Until I started working with them, this was a 24/7 situation. There's a lot of peace of mind now when I hurt my back because I know it's only temporary due to this office. read more

I have been going here about a year and half now. I see Dr. Matt Morse. If not for him & massages by Jake I would be back in a wheelchair. Dr. Matt listens to where your pain is & knows how to track down just where you need adjusted. He will also adjust the intensity of his adjustment, I like a heavy handed adjustment. I saw one of the doctors there for a few months. He seemed rushed and didn't have any interest in my over all well being. I had heard good things about the other doctor there, but it seems he had very limited hours and so I saw Dr Matt. Maybe the other doctor is better but overall I don't want to waste any more time or money if the clinic attitude is nurturing and doesn't care about the patients. read more

I was involved in an auto accident where I was rear ended by a truck. I had a lot of lower, middle, and upper back pain. I had never been to a chiropractor before and wasn't sure if it would help or not, but decided to give it a shot so I went to Bloomington-Normal Spine Clinic. All of the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Dr. Brent and Dr. Matt were both able to help alleviate a lot of the pain. I would highly recommend anyone with any back or neck pain to come here. read more

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience here. I went for a few months and worked with two chiropractors, one of whom seemed annoyed that I said I was not getting better and I certainly did not feel comfortable returning. In the end, I felt worse than when I had begun, invested a lot of time and money and definitely regret going here. read more

I saw Dr Steve in Dec 2014 for a pulled groin muscle that had worked it's way into a baseball size knot in my lower back. He did everything he could to relieve the pain and get me back to Normal. In Feb 2015 I was able to walk 7 miles on the beach in Marco Island with no pain! His staff is very professional and accommodating. And Jake the massage therapist is just wonderful, he knows right where I need help. read more

I came in for the first time and I saw doctor Matt. I was seeking some relief from my pain. I was in major pain and was trying to explore all my resources before I would have to have surgery again on my spine. I'm currently in a wheelchair, I have a serious spinal cord injury, I brought my MRI with me that had done the week before. Doctor Matt came in and talked with me and actually listened to me describe where and how my pain was affecting me. He then looked at my MRI and asked me if I wouldn't mind coming back the next day, he wanted to consult with another doctor. While I was there he did put heat on my back and massaged my neck and back himself.which was very relaxing and brought some relief. When I returned the next day he brought me back and told me that there would be nothing he could do to help me due to the severity of the damages he found in my MRI I give him all my respect and gratitude because he was very upfront honest with me and didn't try to adjust me and cause me to become paralyzed. Thank you again for all your kindness and honesty and not being like some of the other greedy doctors out there that would have taken a advantage of me for the money and causing me more pain and possibly paralyzing me permanently. My Neurosurgeon was very impressed that you took the time to consult an nother doctor to review my MRI and said he was going to contact you to thank you for all your honesty. A female friend of mine went in the other day for a consultation and massage. The first time she met with Dr. Steve and liked the adjustment. It was hard for him to understand, however, that in some cases, when your spine is out of alignment, it is not necessarily from some sort of "trauma" (car accident or the like). Perhaps its just from certain types of training or long hours in a car or what have you. But regardless she liked it and came back for a second meeting and a massage. The massage with the massage therapist was good. It felt like a sports massage However, the meeting with the other Doctor, Dr. Morris, was less that stellar. He brought out her X-Ray and a sample X-Ray of ideal alignment. Instead of going through the two pictures and explaining to my friend what the situation was, he decided that he would quiz her and ask her what she thought was wrong. I suppose that may be relatively normal behavior. He felt the need to ask (this mid 20s young woman) if she knew what the word "symptom" meant. A video about what to expect when you look at your X-Rays was also shown. He proceeded to ask her about that as well. It was presented in a "jokey- I'm-Gonna-Quiz-You" and he proceeded to do so. Now, I might give him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he wanted to make it an open dialogue and more interactive than just him diagnosing and talking to her. However, she said that it made her angry and it seemed extremely patronizing. Now, perhaps he does this with all of his clients, however, I would find this hard to believe this behavior if an older gentleman came in to visit this young doctor. From a young female's perspective, it seems like another case of "mansplaining". Maybe not. From her perspective, it created an environment of distrust and made the adjustment difficult. "You're resisting me" he said...I wonder why Dr. Morris. Maybe we're wrong, but check yourself. TL;DNR Massage Therapist: Great, Dr. Steve: Pretty good, Dr. Morris: Perhaps patronising? read more

Dr. Steve was always very polite and kind when he saw me. I actually saw Dr. Morse and he was great too! Very clean, professional office that truly cares about your wellness and care. I had a plan, stuck to it, and am feeling better after completion. Can't ask for more! read more
