Their process is really not easy though (lots of emails that don't get returned same day) - it honestly took me several weeks to schedule the fitting for the hem so that's the only thing I could say they could do better at. I met with Liby regarding wedding dress alterations and found her quote very reasonable. She also offered to create a custom shrug to go with my dress. Bustling is charged per point ($10 as of August 2018). This was one aspect of wedding planning that I thought would be stressful but absolutely hasn't been due to Liby's expertise and awesome advice. I had 2 dresses done and they did a fantastic job. One dress was a cheap formal dress I cought online that was to long for me as I am 5'1" and they hemmed the bottom to floor length and it fit me perfectly. The other was my wedding dress, they altered the length and added breast cups inside and it also now fits me perfectly they did exactly what I asked for. I will never go anywhere else for my alterations and highly recommend them. They are very friendly and professional and very helpful at suggesting options for a better fit. read more

Having spent over $120 to have 4 polo shirts altered (re-hemmed a few inches) and shipped back to me, I received them - they had not been touched.
