The room/cabine was small, no door but a (thick) curtain instead. That was surprising but no problem of privacy/intimacy. It was clean. Most important, the job was perfectly done. In conclusion, it was different from the beauty institute I usually go in my home country but I will go back to this one while I'm living in Mannheim.
