Dishonest, unapologetic, and lackadaisical. We paid for…read moresnow removal service and the additional walkway cleaning for an extra $10 per cleaning. We were charged for walkway cleanings that didn't occur and upon calling, we received no apology and a very reluctant refund. This was not the first time calling GC regarding the issue. It also could take an additional 24+ hours for the walkway to be cleared, since it's a different team than the driveway clearers. We do not recommend them (at least for snow removal services).
