Jamie mowed both my front and rear lawns, edged, got the grass coming through my cracked driveway, and cleaned up with a blower. he left no clumps on either lawn and was overall thorough with all of the service he provided. i feel that the lawn care provided along with what was charged was a great value. Josh started the job but never finished it. He made repeated excuses -- including that he hit a pipe, both of his mowers broke down, and that he was waiting on parts. Despite these delays, I stayed patient and respectful. I followed up multiple times, even through someone else, asking when he would finish. I got no response for days. When I finally heard back, instead of offering to complete the job, he demanded full payment upfront and said he wouldn't return until he was paid in full -- despite the work still being incomplete. Brush was left behind. The front was not fully weed-whipped. Yet he's now posting publicly as if I'm the one at fault? Let's be clear: I paid in good faith. I was patient and respectful throughout. The job is not finished. He did not follow through or communicate professionally. Now he's trying to publicly shame a client who held up their end of the agreement. This isn't about money -- it's about accountability and integrity. You don't get to rewrite the terms of a deal after taking payment and not completing your end. Posting online won't change the facts. Finish the job -- then you get paid. NO ONE SHOULD GET PAID 100% FOR ONLY FINISHING 75% OF WHAT WAS AGREED UPON. H&M also referred me to Marlo for my sprinkler system. Marlo sprung a water leak under ground and caused a trench in my lawn. Since H&M referred me to Marlo, I ask him to add seed and fertilizer to repair, and he sent me a quote for it. 5,000.00 later I will still need to fertilize and add more seed. My recommendation is not to use H&M or marlo sprinkler system, they are not customer friendly and at the end of the day, did not provide the service that I paid for.
