Turns out grass does not grow on rocks and sand. They promised to return to ensure the hydro seed would take, and never did. All other work, including sprinklers and sod in the front yard, was also not great and required rework. I recall they provided 5 yards of top soil for the whole lawn. The landscaper I hire to redo the back lawn with sod, used 20 yards for just the back.

Additionally, I had shrubs removed which ran the entire length of the front of my house and needed them to be put in a wood chipper. Mike came out and gave me a quote for the entire job. In fact, he took care of the shrubbery that night. Because they are so busy, I was given a start date of November 20 for the tree trimming. Yesterday, I got a call asking if it was OK to start the job that day. Of course, I said yes. Jeremy, the job foreman, and his crew arrived at around 9 AM and didn't leave until after 6 PM, They came back today and finished the job. Jamie mowed both my front and rear lawns, edged, got the grass coming through my cracked driveway, and cleaned up with a blower. he left no clumps on either lawn and was overall thorough with all of the service he provided. i feel that the lawn care provided along with what was charged was a great value.
