The florist told me that she took what I paid to Teleflora, deducted her delivery costs, and created an arrangement with the leftover money. What I got was smaller, held different flowers, was not all-around, and was missing Christmas decor elements. The lesson here is that what you order is not what you are going to get. It's a poor way to run a business.
