Called the after hours call center. Rep would not provide status of delivery unless I gave him my full credit card number. This seemed very odd, since he had all other pertinent details. I refused to provide him with my cc # in order to get an ETA. By the time our celebration was over, the flowers arrived. The driver was very professional and friendly. It will be quite some time before we consider resuming service with Morrow, since no consideration/ response. So disappointed.

Prices start at $35 and I feel I got a good value for what I paid. Within the next several hours, I received notice that the flowers were already delivered!
