What was disappointing was knowing I'd called to have some flowers substituted in the "In Harmony Bouquet" they listed online due to concerns regarding pet toxicity. The call was easy, and I was told the mums could be substituted. Great! Now, for why the experience was disappointing: Shows up, does not really look as expected for the "deluxe" style (I'm sure that's on me somewhat for the substitutions I'd requested), and has flowers that were not listed that were even WORSE for toxicity regarding pets (lilies). I couldn't have anticipated them and so could not substitute them. Unfortunately, this means the bouquet isn't really being enjoyed because it has to stay hidden away, even if it wasn't exactly what I'd hoped for in size and selection of flowers, it is still pretty.. Photo of received bouquet versus what was ordered (knowing mums were to be substituted with aster and/or more roses of equivalent value) attached. I'd probably buy from them again, but almost definitely in person to avoid such issues going forward. If/when that happens, I'd be glad to redo my review to reflect that experience. Mistakes happen and I'm sure they're overwhelmed this time of year. But it's a rough mistake for eighty dollars worth of flowers.

From the moment Teressia (pronounced Theresa) picked up the phone, I knew that I could count on her service. She was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. I gave her a description of what I was looking for and asked her an opinion between a memorial basket and an urn. She was very honest and told me that at the price point I was looking at I could get a very beautiful basket. She told me that if I wanted to spend more there were more expensive arrangements, but assured me that the basket would be a good choice. I trusted Theresa's opinion and ordered a large memorial basket with lilies, roses, larkspurs and filler. Just as promised she sent me a picture of the basket by cell phone when it was done. The flowers were simple and classy, in a traditional way to fit with my grandmother's background and lifestyle. This arrangement was much prettier than any I had ordered in the past by phone at the same price point and was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Fran was polite and gracious and told me she could do it but it wouldn't arrive until late in the day, I was so happy she could do it. Not only that, she asked if there were any special items I wanted in the gift basket and went to three different stores looking for them! My 94 year old friend received a beautiful gift basket with a balloon attached for her birthday thanks to Fran's kindness and professionalism.
