From the moment Teressia (pronounced Theresa) picked up the phone, I knew that I could count on her service. She was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. I gave her a description of what I was looking for and asked her an opinion between a memorial basket and an urn. She was very honest and told me that at the price point I was looking at I could get a very beautiful basket. She told me that if I wanted to spend more there were more expensive arrangements, but assured me that the basket would be a good choice. I trusted Theresa's opinion and ordered a large memorial basket with lilies, roses, larkspurs and filler. Just as promised she sent me a picture of the basket by cell phone when it was done. The flowers were simple and classy, in a traditional way to fit with my grandmother's background and lifestyle. My family has spent plenty of money with them over the years, including the same cousin who ordered flowers from her monthly to send to her mom every month.
