We scheduled for the cleaner to come back for a regular cleaning plus the deep-clean areas missed; however, only the missed deep-cleaning got done, and not satisfactorily. We thought we had set up a recurring service and were told we didn't. Also ended up paying more than originally quoted. For a different location, there was a schedule misunderstanding, and a cost misunderstanding. The owner was very nice and accommodating during communications, but we weren't pleased enough and switched to a different company.
