After going back and forth with them for months, we've been left with mud pits, barren patches, and a yard filled with crab grass. The owner has been defensive and claimed if we wanted a nice lawn, we should've done sod. He also didn't remember how the sprinkler system worked and gave us a manual to learn it ourselves.
