It genuinely feels like a home. The care and attention put into the environment, the upkeep, and the atmosphere is immediately noticeable. It is warm, clean, and inviting in a way that put our whole family at ease. What stood out most was how the staff treated our father as an individual, not a patient number. They made the transition so much easier than we ever expected. They were flexible when our family had needs, honest and direct when we had questions, and consistently went above and beyond. That kind of care is rare and it means everything when someone you love is depending on them. Their activities program is very creative-thoughtful and unique, and clearly designed with real intention, accommodating residents of all different abilities and mobility levels. The secure outdoor areas are a wonderful touch. Knowing he could get outside, feel the sunshine, and have a change of scenery safely gave our family peace of mind. Even at the end of his life, the staff treated our loved one with tremendous respect and dignity, and made sure he was comfortable and at peace. That is something our family will never forget. My sister had a ribbon cutting ceremony upon arrival to enter her room and new home. The staff are superb. Everyone I met had a relationship with my sister and gave her the best care and love. I loved the activities they chose to do with the residents. Our family kept up with all the activities because they post on Facebook with wonderful pictures. I have saved them and now have many pictures of memories. Everytime I have been at Braybrook the place smells and is clean. My sister's bedding and clothes were always clean. Braybrook has a wonderful patio the residents can go out onto where there is shade and sun, a butterfly garden, plants and the veggies and herbs the residents helped them plant and watched grow in the grow boxes. I love Braybrook. I am so glad my sister was there for her time.

I have Zendi who is just the right fit for me. Laid back and very kind. My son see's Daniel who is awesome! Very down-to-earth and understanding of the things my son struggles with. All others tried taking me over the coals with heavy hours long term commitments and stipulations that were impossible but Taylor at Concierge Care understood my situation and was so accommodating within reason of course. She worked tirelessly to organize a great care giver to be there when the procedure was complete. I was so blessed to have found them cause they were the only ones who truly cared and didn't shuffle me off as a one time experience. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them as well. Especially if your elderly and alone. There's always someone who's there when you need them. Delightful CNA, professional and all around authentic. I walked out of the treatment room and they took a panoramic xray then numbed him out .... once the xray came out they said oh its an implant and charged him close to 1300 for an implant that was basically waving in the wind. As a former Registered Dental Assistant i was in total shock. It took the doctor less than two minutes to extract it. I insisted my husband call back and he spoke to the Dr who agreed he had been overcharged. 2 months later the Dr Pikos will not come to the phone despite 5 or 6 attempts to speak to him. No refund has been given. I am going to file a complaint with my insurance company as this is quite poor business.

On top of that his staff (especially Mira and Kimmer) could not have taken better care of us. Leaving their office we felt that we could not be in better hands. And the support did not stop when we left the office. These exceptional women took the time and energy to make sure the tests and referrals were scheduled.
