Dr. Jeffrey Francis came into my room, stood at the door, asked a few questions, never came near me, and said he was going to order an EKG. The EKG was performed and bloodwork was drawn. After an hour of sitting in the exam room, the discharge person came into my room with paperwork. What??? I never even saw the doctor again. I was told that HE HAD "LEFT FOR THE DAY". No conversation, no plan, no results of the EKG, no nothing. Remarkably, today, I read the results of my EKG, which were written by Dr. Francis and they state, "Possible Anterior Myocardial Infarction, PROBABLY OLD." So, this states that I possibly had a HEART ATTACK and it was "PROBABLY OLD"??? This is wrong on so many levels. This "Doctor" "Left for the day" without coming back into my room to talk about this or anything else? Another gentleman then did come in and basically said that he was the guy responsible for damage control when things go awry. Not knowing if I may or may not have had a heart attack, this gentleman stated that their purpose at that facility was to make sure that "you don't die within a week or two". That's GREAT! Perfect business model in a lifesaving position - just give them another week or two of life. Upon reading the results of the visit in my chart, the report is filled with lies written by Dr. Francis. The section "Physical Exam" is especially unsettling, as the doctor never touched my body, as he simply talked to me as he stood next to the door. This is shocking and absolutely unacceptable.

This was the dinner they just served me, which I refused. A half a slice of some unidentified deli meat, and one slice of cheese and two pieces of sandwich bread. Note the generous portion of potato chips. This is clearly a nutritionally designed/balanced meal to insure my body has the proper nutrients to sustain the 3 hours of intensive physical therapy scheduled for each day. Sarcasm intended. Let's see what each day holds in store for me. I will continue to refuse such substandard food service from this facility.

Her advocacy, attentiveness, and personal investment made a meaningful difference in my mother's recovery and in our family's peace of mind. It was clear that Alissa genuinely cared, and her efforts did not go unnoticed. What moved me most was witnessing the level of humanity in the care provided. Therapists celebrated small victories that meant everything to our family. Nurses were consistently present, reassuring, and deeply compassionate--not only toward my mother, but toward us as well. We were never made to feel like a burden for asking questions or needing reassurance during such a difficult time. As her son, watching your parent fight to regain independence after a stroke is heartbreaking. TGH Rehabilitation Hospital gave my mother the support, structure, and encouragement she needed during one of the hardest chapters of her life--and they gave our family confidence and hope when we needed it most. This was, without question, the best care I have ever witnessed. I have a friend that has been in this facility and five others, and this is by FAR the best. This is certainly where I would want to go if was in his situation.

Not only is the facility clean and beautiful but every single person that works there is the best of the best...especially the nursing staff. They truly care and they truly put their heart into taking care of our loved ones. Both of my parents have stage 4 cancer along with other chronic conditions but they have thrived here because they get great care and all of their needs are met. The proximity to TGH is a blessing. Between the two of them, there are quite a few medical appointments -- but the Allegro driver takes care of transportation. There have been a few times that they needed around the clock care and/or emergency services and the team at Allegro took care of everything or made care plans -- the communication is always outstanding and transparent. It is wonderful to know that you can trust them. I can't begin to express how thankful I am for the peace of mind they have given me and I have knowing that there is a great community of caring staff, a great group of other residents and so many activities and outings. Because of them, I get to spend precious time with my parents... instead of trying to be their caregiver.

My wife and kids have always felt comfortable here, and we've received good care whenever we've needed it. The wait can occasionally be a little long after checking in, and the layout sometimes has patients walking past an area where a provider is conducting telehealth visits, which feels a little unusual. My only personal preference would be to have more male providers available. As a man, I'm simply more comfortable having that option in certain medical settings. That aside, the staff has always treated us well, and this remains the urgent care location our family trusts.

The nurses laughed at the person that was here (not naming the person for privacy) but they said they laughed at them because they had a language barrier between (the person only speaks Spanish). The care here sucks they haven't taken care of the person well. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!!
