She was helpful in making a few suggestions and eager to take the project on. Was also very helpful with delivering as had to make a change to date and time late in the week and she was able to accommodate. Prices were very reasonable and lots of personal touches. There was no pressure to contribute anything, just an inquiry to see if they'd like to. Instead of a simple "no thank you", I got both yelled at and lectured to regarding the difficulties of running a small balloon business. I had always intended to leave a review.
