I came to Tiffany for a color correction after another stylist left toner on too long. Ironically, my hair looked better before seeing her. I showed clear inspiration photos and explained that I wanted a soft, lived-in brunette with dimension -- nothing stripy or overly warm. What I ended up with was the complete opposite: uneven, stripy, yellow, and dull. It looked nothing like the photos. Tiffany told me the issue was that the toner "oxidized," so I trusted her and went back for her to fix it. Not only did I have to return, but I was charged an additional $150 on top of the $800+ I already paid. Even after the "fix," my hair still looks brassy, uneven, and far from what I asked for. When I reached out requesting at least a partial refund, she refused and told me my hair looked "vibrant" and similar to the inspiration photos -- which is honestly shocking, because it is not even close. On top of the color issues, the haircut was just as disappointing. The initial trim was choppy and uneven, and when she attempted to fix it, she aggressively cut face-framing layers by pulling hair forward from the back and chopping it. Now I'm stuck having to grow it out because it looks so uneven. At this point, I now have to pay another stylist to correct everything for a third time, which is incredibly frustrating after spending nearly $1,000 already. For the prices she charges, I expected a much higher level of skill, professionalism, and accountability. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. First photo is how my hair looks now - including the uneven, choppy cut. The next photos are right after the initial appointment, followed by how it looked after just a few washes.
