He explained what to bring, what to expect, and assured me that most of the wardrobe and accessories would be available at the studio. We scheduled the shoot two weeks later with Sri and his talented makeup artist, Laura. When I arrived, I was nervous and unsure, but those feelings quickly disappeared. We had decided on a sunset shoot, Pamela suggested the time and location, but didn't know that the location would be closing 15 minutes after our scheduled shoot time. We scrambled to find a backup plan in the area, and she offered no opportunities to reschedule. I paid for a shoot that included "unlimited photos," but she didn't send me many of the photos I remembered taking, claiming that they didn't have any more images and that the lighting was difficult for them to manage. She then tried to charge me over than double what I had already paid for the shoot for specific file types, editing, and more.
