Absolutely IMPRESSED! Short version: James was a pleasure to speak with. Not your typical money grubbing lawyer, he is instead genuine, caring, and considerate. I would highly recommend working with him for any of your RE issues tif you need a lawyer. Long version: I am in escrow and had a situation come up not in our favor. I was scared and didn't know who to turn to. I yelped for lawyers experienced with RE law and found Blucker. I called and spoke to James who was friendly and didn't sound like I was bothering him. Some hoity toity lawyers can make you feel like you're wasting their time which I hate. Opposite feeling with James. This review is about a year late and it is for Brad at Blucker Law & Associates. TL; DR: If I had to describe Brad in a few words, then I'd use the words patient, extremely detail-oriented, and honest; I'll explain why below. Patient: My wife needed to evict a tenant from her rental property towards the end of 2020 and was lost at how to start the process. The pandemic and eviction moratorium was also in place so the eviction process became more complicated. She reached out to Brad and he explained everything clearly and also answered all the questions she had. I think the first call was well over an hour and I sensed no feelings of frustration from Brad. Detail-oriented: Brad made sure she was updated on every step of the eviction process by emailing her. The emails were very long and pretty much had all the details on what was done and what will be done. My wife felt very confident that Brad was doing everything he can to help her. Honesty: Brad explained that we can try to expedite the eviction process and try to evict the tenant before 2020 ended, but it came at a cost and it wasn't a guarantee. He suggested that my wife shouldn't go with with the expedited process and wait until 2021 started unless she really wanted the tenant evicted asap. I appreciated his honesty because I felt he easily could have collected the money to expedite the process to earn some extra cash for himself. read more

I was a residential tenant who needed to terminate my lease half way through due to a family medical situation that required our family to relocate. It seemed like my landlord, who had 1 month of rent and last month of rent (plus a pet deposit) was taking his time to look for a new tenant, and emphasized that I was legally responsible for the whole year's lease if he didn't find someone. He even asked me to give him post-dated checks for the remaining months so that he can deposit it if he happens to not find a new tenant. After consulting with James and Brad, I became more aware of my rights and they helped me come up with some options. They eventually drafted a letter to my landlord that quickly mediated the conflict, and ended up saving me time and thousands of dollars.
