Out of all the law groups that I've had to work with, Vincent Bradshaw is by far one of the most charismatic, kind, and professional attorneys that I've had the pleasure of dealing with for such unfortunate circumstances. Los Angeles is much more strict than Orange County regarding real estate laws, housing laws, and the whole ordeal. Services are generally within the same price range, so it's better to pay for the service that offers everything you need now & later. I consulted with other law firms that work with the section of LA that this single family residence is located in, and this firm (specifically this attorney) was the ONLY one that bothered to look up if the property was non-rso, rso, if protection notices need to be served, and that the city requires certain documents to be submitted within a certain time period. Otherwise, our client would have faced further hiccups down the road in case things escalate. Without disclosing any specific information, I am very glad to have found this law firm. It's not the first or probably the last rodeo that I'll have to deal with in the legal field. Great value, and ethical business practices. Also, best communication from any law firm I've dealt with. Worst lawyer I have ever dealt with. He was lawyer for 2 years from 2021 to 2022. This was thim when court really did not want a lot of people in court. We had about 8 hearing and he would tell me not to go to the hearing . The courts did not want to many people in court due to the conavius. First he charge me as if he went to court when he really did a video hearing and always just continued it. The other party did not even have a lawyer. The other party was represented themself. In two of the hearing my attorney lost . That shows what kind of a lawyer he is. He is not an honest lawyer and just want to milk you for as much money as he can. What the lawyer could not do in two years my new lawyer has done more for less. He also make you feel like he is better than you. Like he is superior to everyone else. Most of you know the type. At times I felt he was racist . Just be aware of what he is doing in your case and what he is charging you for. If you look at my case summary all there is when he was my attorney was continuance. I asked Steven Ensberg to check a commercial lease agreement. I marked the paragraphs that I need to be explained. When the call started he was reading my email while I was on the line. Then he opened the lease and started to explain me from the beginning. It means he didn't read it prior to the call. Coz my marks was way lower. Ok he explained me the parts that I wanted. I had to ask him to give me his opinion. (I think that what attorney should do, everybody can read right. I need expertise not a translator) Feeling was as I hire translator not an attorney. So at the end of the 30 min call he charged me for a full hour. I called back to find out why he did so. It was a 30 min call. He said that he spent some time to learn the lease prior to the call. Which he didn't. I feel like he just scammed me for $175. Don't recommend use him for explanations. read more

This attorney and his staff are awesome. They were very thorough and after our first meeting they had a very good idea of what we needed for the trust and will. We were able to communicate via email and they answered every question with respect and they responded on a timely manner. We asked them to changed things on several occasions and it was done as requested. They did not overcharge and even after we signed the documents and a week later had another change it was not a problem. They just did the change and sent us the papers to review.
