I said to her, just show me where they are and I can grab couple of scrubs and leave. She was so nasty, and said to me....we have allergies up in here and you bring a dog in here with a very stink face and a very very nasty tone and attitude ! I said to her ok, no problem....I will exit your store. The point I'm making Is, if your so allergic to dogs or whatever, then you should put a sign on the door that plainly states no dogs allowed! Don't speak to customers rudely. We are the people who support your business.

I was told where to find what I was looking for and she came to assist me, not pushy or overbearing. They sell nurse shoes, undergarments, hosiery and corsets. I was pleased with my choice and it fit me well. I'm so glad that I finally decided to come here for my needs. I was given a free pair of socks with my purchase. Who doesn't like to receive free items........I know that I do lol. I will be back for more purchases in the near future.

There used to be a West Indian lady at the front taking the tickets and she was always rude. Since they re-opened due to the pandemic I haven't seen her. Idk who I dealt with the 2 times I went but I'm assuming he's the owner or related. I picked up my dress today that had a tear in it and I asked for it to be sewn when I dropped it off. When I picked it up today, it was sewn but there was thread hanging from it and 1 of the buttons was missing. I pointed it out to guy as I was paying and he said that's how I brought it in and I told him I clearly did NOT. My dress had all its buttons when I bought it in. It needed to be cleaned and the tear sewn. If The button was missing they would have charged me to fix it. And I pointed out all the thread sticking out. He used the extra button that came with the dress and sewed it right there. But had the audacity to have an attitude as if I was going to let him tell me how I brought my dress in. Oh please! I won't be coming here anymore. They're also expensive for no reason. I paid $18 to have my dress cleaned, and that included the $6 he charged me for a minor tear in the seam. and idk why yelp says Utica Green Cleaners because it's nothing Green about their services and that's not even the name on the store or receipts.

I came in at 1230pm 12/12 and he looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about. I saw the bag behind him with my coat in it and he opened it. And it wasn't touched or repaired after 3 days. That's unacceptable! He said he'll still do it . Give him another hour. After I gave him 3 days My problem is. if it was an issue to do it in 3 days let me know. Don't just wait until I get there and say I haven't gotten to it yet. On the same day I Need it.
