I reached out via IG as the project I wanted was not listed on the site. I wanted customized pillow cases for my upcoming vacation. All in all, Andre responded to my inquiry the same day AND get this?!......... the total price was super affordable. I purchased 2 satin pillow cases via Amazon and provided Teez Cafe with the pillow cases for the customization. He pulled up my project on the screen to allow me to make any additional edits, etc. Talk about super accommodating. I paid $30 for 2 customized pillow cases and he accepts cards. One thing I will add is appointments are mandatory, no walk-ins! Especially since its a black-owned business and sort of hard to find. But it's totally worth it. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention it took him 3-4 days to finish my project AND once completed delivered it to me in a nice tote bag. I'm sure he has tons of other complicated orders to fulfill. He assured me that there was sufficient time for my product to be made would be available within my requested time frame. I received it a day after the expected date.I was very clear on my design preference and color scheme. When I received the product it was partially what I wanted and never received a call that a change to my design would be made . I texted Paul to let him know the product wasn't what we agreed on( as I received my delivery from his assistant, whom I also made aware it was not what I requested). I have yet to receive a reply. It's shame because I wanted to be able to do more projects but this gave me a bad view of the integrity of the business . I think if he had the courtesy to let me know he did the change before I received the product , it would have been better. Quality Customer care doesn't end once you receive payment. Really wanted to give these guys a good review but 2nd time using them, they added an extra logo…read moreinto our event poster/flyer without explicitly telling us they did it. An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.

After the prints arrive and after inspection there was only ONE of each print not the 2 of each our client had ordered and was waiting for. So we called and asked for the order to be fixed and the second set reprinted as ordered, thinking they would rush the job, given that the order is now severely late and incorrect and our client is now not receiving what they need in the timeline they requested. Further after speaking with steve about the issue I was told IF we had made a bigger deal about it the WOULD HAVE rushed the second set but unfortunately since my partner is WAY TOO polite he did not rush them and now we're waiting ANOTHER 2 days for prints. Apparently next time I should be an asshole and demand that the order be done as specified, call you a dozen times a day to make sure youre on track and let you know that our project WHICH IS NOW ALMOST A WEEK PAST DUE is actually URGENT.
